卡车司机(warehouse worker/delivery driver)

具体信息如下:

1. 会计

1. 需要有经验的会计人员,对企业报税,book keeping 有经验,有cpa证书的优先录取,英文熟练。对于企业合法避税,投资项目抵税有经验。支持OPT和H1B。 月薪$5000起,有经验者薪资可以根据实际情况上调。工作时间: 周一到周五,8:30-5:00
工作地点:New Castle,Delaware

2. 出库/入库人员

主要职责范围:入库人员需要准确接收快递货物,将货物按照要求分类,扫描,录入系统,登记库存位置。出库人员需要依据订单要求,打印取货单,捡取相关货物,并妥善打包发货。

工作要求:要求能够搬运40磅重的物品,站立8小时以上。工作态度认真负责,有良好的沟通能力。有使用扫码枪,打包枪,会开电动叉车的经验者优先录用。能够熟练使用电脑和仓库管理系统者优先录用。不限性别和年龄,需有合法工作身份。试用期为1个月,基本工资:$3000-4000工作时间: 周一到周五,8:30-5:00

3. 电脑升级技术人员

可以自己组装电脑,了解基本的硬件配置,有diy基础者优先。基本的英语读写能力,会使用office软件。无经验者,公司提供岗前培训。需要做事认真,仔细,努力。月薪$4000-4800,周一到周六,8:30-5:00

4. 退货处理技术人员

主要职责范围:对退货按照要求进行基本处理,检查并核对退货产品是否运转正常,配件是否齐全,并对其恢复原厂配置;根据规定在退货系统中上传所需照片。要求:工作细心,负责,动手能力强; 有较强的独立解决问题能力。有一定的英文读写能力和良好的沟通能力。月薪$4200-4800,周一到周六,8:30-5:00

5. 仓库管理人员

主要职责范围:负责招聘员工,并安排员工到岗,提供相应的基本技能培训,确保工作正常进行;优化整个仓库的运营情况;能够发现仓库运营时存在的问题,并积极主动的处理解决。沟通,执行并监督各项规章制度;收集和整理仓库运营数据,并定期汇报;制定员工培训计划和考核内容,进行技能认证。要求: 有相关仓库管理经验者优先;能够熟悉使用电脑;具有良好的英文听说读写能力;拥有良好的沟通能力,团队协作能力。

6. 卡车司机(warehouse worker/delivery driver)

主要职责范围:主要工作是驾驶26尺卡车往返于特拉华与新泽西之间运送货物,清点检查运送货物,简单维护卡车,保证安全出行。在没有出车任务的时候能服从仓库安排,完成交给的其他任务。
A Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver is an important part of our team, helping the team deliver truly remarkable customer experiences through shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• 26ft box truck with lift gate
• Prompt daily attendance at assigned work location.
• Clean and maintain warehouse, building and trucks as necessary.
• Provide excellence service with a smile to customers.
• Unload & load freight off/on trucks; lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs frequently and greater than 75 lbs occasionally); safely operate heavy equipment; safely climb in and out of cab and trailer; safely walk and stand for extended periods of time on various surfaces that may be uneven or slippery; operate a truck in all types of weather, while safely transporting hazardous/non-hazardous materials; and safely walk, reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat & kneel as necessary to perform the job duties.
• Able to push/pull 2650 lbs using mechanical aids such as hand trucks, hydraulic lifts, and barrel dollies.
• Check incoming merchandise and restock inventory.
• Pick and pack merchandise for customer pickup and deliveries.
• Utilize computers for communication, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.
• Perform vehicle inspections required under section 396.13 of the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations.
• Operate and maintain records in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), Department of Transportation (DOT), and company policies as required.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.


Non-CDL driver Pay: From $18-20 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Language: English (Preferred),Chinese, Spanish is a plus

7. Customer Service Representative

We are searching for a Customer service representative who will be responsible for receiving, resolving, and/or forwarding customer concerns and complaints to the service department for resolution, entering data regarding each call received into the proprietary system, and following up with customers regarding the resolution of their concern or complaint to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Handles all customer phone calls according to prescribed procedures with highest level of professionalism, timing, and positive demeanor.
· Communicates all written communications in a professional format and follows proper grammar standards.
· Enters customer complaints/comments into the database.
· Follows-up with customers and internal management regarding resolution of customer service issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
· Track and report on all account activities as required.
· Be able to assist in training of future Customer Service Representatives.
Required skills:
· High school diploma or GED required. Coursework in business and/or computer software a plus.
· working knowledge and skill in operating computers, data entry, and office equipment, etc., required.
· Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MSWord and familiarity with Access is helpful but not required.
· Must have well developed communication and basic math skills, organizational and analytical skills, efficient multi-tasking abilities.
· Must have ability to work independently with limited supervision, organizational skills, working in a team environment.

Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Salary Range: $3000-4000/month
