Real
Estate Rental broker/Salesperson

We seek
high performance, self-motivated candidates who can ensure excellent customer
service skills. We offer hands-on training and competitive commission in a
“earn as you learn” and growth environment. Our principal is committed to

their careers in a rewarding and challenging industry.
The
benefits of working with Hooli are High Progressive Commission Scale (30% 50);

Role and
Responsibilities:

Responsible for
area real estate rental business deals;
Develop and
maintain customer relationships, build pipelines of future clients;
Business
development beyond your local market, actively seek profitable units, sign
up new landlords and improve our inventory; build long-term relationships
with current and future property owners and property management company;
Responsible for
lease up a portfolio, closing deal, and manage lease signings; lead your
sales team to achieve the monthly goal.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate, preferred;
Drexel University, University of
Pennsylvania student preferred;
Must be good at
integrating resources, pitch estate rental deals;
Must be very
familiar with at least one area: University City, North Philadelphia
(Temple), downtown;
Real estate
salesperson license or broker’s License holder preferred;
1-3-year proven
sales experience or real estate experience preferred;
Must be an
excellent communicator and be comfortable speaking with people;
Must be
authorized to working for any employers in US;
Must be very
familiar with social media;
Have a driver's
license and good driving skill is a plus;
Speak and
Written Chinese is a plus.

工作职责:
独立负责片区的房产租赁业务;
独立开发潜在客户,并维护自己的客户渠道;
独立负责房源开发与积累,并与业主丶管理公司建立长期的良好合作关系;
独立负责业务成单,管理租赁签约流程,领导你的销售团队完成当月指标。

任职要求:
本科及以上学历,Business/Finance/
Real Estate相关专业优先;
对房地产行业有一定认识,擅长整合资源,Pitch房产Deal;
对费城大学城,temple附近,或者市中心中至少一区十分熟悉;
有real
estate salesperson 执照的优先;
有1-3年销售经验或相关行业经验的优先;
熟练的英文听说读写能力,优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力;
熟练运用社交媒体,了解主要社交媒体工具;
在美国有合法工作身份;
有驾照能熟练驾驶的优先考虑;
