Reporting directly to the Office Manager, job responsibilities include but not limited to the following: • Assist with settlement preparation • Assist with government compliance • Assist with Philadelphia permit/license/certificate/revenue compliances • Assist with property management • Assist with data collection and analysis • Assist with advertise material layout and design
