Job Description:
Assistant General Manager is responsible for aiding in overall operation management
which consists of scheduling, quality control,
client retention management.

Essential Job Functions
• Ability to build, maintain positive relationships with clients which lead to client retention

• Aide in day to day operations. Problem solve and provide direction to crew questions
and client request
• Maintain staff and schedule to ensure proper delivery of contracted work
• Ability to track data, interpret and make recommendations based on current situation
• Work with office staff for support to make things move smoothly
• Maintain book of business and retain clients while adding new ones

Basic Qualifications:
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
