房型是2间卧室，2个卫生间，每两人合用一个卧室，一个卫生间。室友是2个美国女生，1个印度女生，人都很好，很热情，她们都是Drexel的学生 （但其中一个美国女生经常不住，所以实际上只有另外一个美国女生和印度女生两人住）。卧室内配有大床丶桌子丶床头柜丶衣柜等，厨房和客厅都很大，设施齐全，随时拎包入住。房租包括所有费用，水电wifi齐全。公寓自带健身房，游戏室，自习室。而且地理位置绝佳！5分钟内即可到达Drexel的主要教学楼，10分钟内可到达UPENN的教学楼，同时有24小时人员值班，无需担心安全问题。

I am looking for sublet my 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Shared Room (Female Only) in University Crossings for the Spring Quarter and Summer Quarter. ( ~ to Mid September) You don’t have to pay for September.
University Crossings located at 3175 JFK Boulevard (32nd Street / Market Street), it's next to the LeBow College of Business, Drexel Library and Drexel Gym. And it is also closed to the 30th station. Less than 5 minutes walk to Drexel, 10 minutes walk to UPENN. Fitness room and laundry room are in the same floor, and there are study rooms in every floor. The roommate are 2 American girls and 1 Indian girls, they are super nice. All of them are students of Drexel University.
The apartment have everything you need, the bed, desk, closet, microwave, sofa, chair...! Monthly rent is $819 ( Negotiable) And all fees are included in the rent, water and utilities (up to $25 per month per resident)
