We are seeking a Financial Executive / Accounting Manager / CFO.
You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of your assigned branch office.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit
Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
Review costs for optimal budget planning
Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in financial branch management, financial services, or other related fields
Knowledge of common banking practices
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to work under pressure
Must have:
1. Bilingual - English and Chinese language
2. General financial management experience team leader experience
3. Legal work authorization in United States
4. 2 work experience in Financial/Accounting
Basic daily work will be:
1. Responsible for month end closing and preparation of group reporting;
2. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to business units and management;
3. Oversight full financial operations, including treasury, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management;
4. Liaise and coordinate with clients, banks, tax and other government departments and internal departments;
5. Installs, modifies, documents, and coordinates implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures;
6. Ensure compliance with USA statutory requirements.
