University Crossings 公寓转租

位于 3175 Market Street，在Drexel校园内，现有一房间转租，即日起至2018年9月9日，合约到期可继续和公寓续约。
房型是 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom C shared bedroom standard，因为我签约时间比较早，所以转租价格是$819，如果和公寓签约的话同房型目前价格是$864。转租合同也是和公寓方签转租Lease，所以不用担心。

房型是2间卧室，2个卫生间，每两人合用一个卧室，一个卫生间。室友是2个美国女生，1个印度女生，人都很好，很热情，她们都是Drexel的学生。卧室内配有大床丶桌子丶床头柜丶衣柜等，厨房和客厅都很大，设施齐全，随时拎包入住。房租包括所有费用，水电wifi齐全。公寓自带健身房，游戏室，自习室。而且地理位置绝佳！5分钟内即可到达Drexel的主要教学楼，10分钟内可到达UPENN的教学楼，同时有24小时人员值班，无需担心安全问题。

There is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Standard Room
University Crossings has a good location. It located at 3175 JFK Boulevard, it's next to the LeBow College of Business, Drexel Library and Drexel Gym. And it is also closed to the 30th station.
Fitness room and laundry room are in the same floor, and there are study rooms from the 2nd floor to the top floor.
The roommate are 2 American girls and 1 Indian girls, they are super nice. All of them are students of Drexel University. And they don't have any bad habits.
The apartment have everything you need, the bed, desk, closet, microwave, sofa, chair... basically everything! And all fees are included in the rent, you don't have to pay extra money for the electricity and water.
