Because of the job relocation, I have to immediately sublet my lovely room (large studio) at Rittenhouse Hill Apartment at 633 W Rittenhouse St. I just signed the lease at the beginning of October, so the lease will not go end until Oct 2018. Apparently, it is a brand new and very clean unit which has washer & dryer in the unit, walk-in closet, fridge, microwave oven, and whatever you need for living a good life!
The apartment complex has infinite pool (you will be shocked when you see this on site!), parking lot, parking garage, basketball court, gym, community center, 24 hours security patrol, and so forth. The location is 15 mins away from downtown by car and 5 mins walk to grocery store, ATM, train station, bus station, and restaurants.
Definitely, you could go to their website and find out more you like, yet do NOT be surprised that rent is only $1,000 around and utility will be roughly $30 every month (very efficient!)
If you could take over the lease at the office ASAP (before 11/11/2017), I would like to offer $500 cash reward!!!
