Mr. Moy has 45 years of court experience. He helped me translate for my interview at uscis/homeland security in phila. And he knew everyone including all the security guards as we entered building. And as we go upstairs, he said all the immigration officers that came out and saw him, everyone seems to know him and said hello and have a few words of greetings, all were very friendly to him even the interviewer who interview me.
