Upon arrival in Turkey, all UNIVERSAL guests are welcomed with a special UNIVERSAL travel kit including maps, brochures, their respective itineraries with schedule of departures, hotel names and addresses, and UNIVERSAL’s 24 hour-contact numbers. UNIVERSAL owns a fully equipped 5 storey-office building where a full-time staff of 30 is permanently employed in addition to highly qualified freelance guides and independents employed during the high season. The building also houses the Turkish headquarters of the international Global Refund company, world leader in tax refunding on purchases made by visiting tourists, the Turkish associate and partner of which is UNIVERSAL.

UNIVERSAL has its own fleet of deluxe motorcoaches, minibuses and cars, driven by able and experienced drivers, chosen in addition for their good temperament and friendly attitude.
